On October 28, 2009, the Indonesia Stock Exchange held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) at the Dharmawangsa Hotel Jakarta. The shareholders of the Indonesia Stock Exchange have concurred to all the agenda presented in the EGMS.
